Primary Rhinoplasty – Female Teen

Goals
This young patient wanted to reduce her dorsal hump and refine the shape of her nasal tip while maintaining a natural nose that fit her face. The goal was improvement without making the nose look overdone or out of proportion with her features.

Procedure
I performed a primary rhinoplasty with dorsal hump reduction and tip narrowing and refinement. A septal strut was used to maintain tip support, and alar rim grafts were placed to support and shape the nostril margins.

Outcome
Her nose is now smaller, softer, and more refined while remaining balanced with the rest of her face. The result is a cute, natural-looking nose that complements her features and a very happy patient with a big smile.

Key Principle
In rhinoplasty, proportion is more important than simply making the nose smaller. The goal is to reduce and refine the areas that need improvement while preserving enough structure, shape, and character for the nose to remain in harmony with the entire face.
