Breast Surgery in Walnut Creek & the San Francisco Bay Area

Breast aesthetic surgery is highly individualized, with different procedures designed to address breast size, shape, position, proportion, and changes from aging, pregnancy, weight loss, or previous surgery. I offer a comprehensive range of breast procedures, including breast augmentation, breast lift, breast augmentation with lift, breast fat grafting, and revision breast surgery for patients throughout Walnut Creek, the East Bay, and the San Francisco Bay Area.

My approach begins with understanding how each patient wants to look and feel in her body. Whether the goal is to add volume, restore a more youthful breast position, improve shape and symmetry, use a patient’s own fat for natural enhancement, or correct the results of previous breast surgery, the procedure is tailored to the patient’s anatomy, proportions, and individual goals.

The goal is not simply to make the breasts larger or higher, but to create a balanced, natural-looking result that complements the patient’s body and feels right for her.

Breast Augmentation

Breast augmentation is designed to enhance breast size, shape, and proportion while maintaining balance with the rest of the body. Every patient starts with different anatomy and has a different idea of what looks natural and attractive to her.

In my practice, implant size, shape, profile, and surgical approach are selected based on the patient’s anatomy, breast tissue, skin characteristics, lifestyle, and aesthetic goals. The goal is not simply to make the breasts larger, but to create a result that feels proportionate, natural, and appropriate for the individual patient.

Breast Fat Grafting

Breast fat grafting uses a patient’s own fat to enhance breast shape, volume, and symmetry without an implant. Fat is carefully harvested from selected areas of the body, processed, and strategically transferred to the breasts to create a soft, natural-looking enhancement.

This approach is particularly well suited for patients seeking a modest increase in breast volume, correction of asymmetry, or refinement of breast contour. Fat grafting can also be used alone or as part of other breast procedures when additional shaping is needed. The goal is to place the fat thoughtfully so the result looks and feels natural, proportionate, and balanced with the patient’s body.

Breast Lift

A breast lift is designed to reshape and reposition breasts that have become lower or less firm due to aging, pregnancy, weight changes, or genetics. The goal is to restore a more youthful breast shape and position while maintaining proportions that look natural on the patient’s body.

The procedure is individualized based on the amount of breast tissue, skin laxity, nipple position, and the patient’s desired shape. Existing breast tissue is reshaped and the nipple-areolar complex is repositioned to create a more balanced contour. When additional upper breast fullness or volume is desired, a breast lift can also be combined with breast augmentation.

The goal is not simply to lift the breast higher, but to create a well-shaped, proportionate breast that complements the patient’s body.

Revision Breast Surgery

Revision breast surgery is designed to address changes or concerns following previous breast augmentation, breast lift, or other breast surgery. Patients may seek revision because of implant position, capsular contracture, asymmetry, changes in breast shape, visible or palpable implants, scarring, or simply because their aesthetic goals have changed over time.

Revision surgery requires careful evaluation of the existing implants, breast tissue, skin, scars, and supporting structures. Depending on the individual problem, treatment may involve implant exchange or removal, correction of the implant pocket, management of the capsule, breast lifting, fat grafting, or a combination of techniques.

The goal is not simply to replace an implant or repeat the previous operation. It is to understand why the breast looks the way it does and develop an individualized plan to restore shape, proportion, symmetry, and long-term support.
