Procedure: Open rhinoplasty with septal reconstruction, dorsal reduction, spreader grafts, and alar rim grafts to improve nasal structure, symmetry, contour, and airway support.

Outcome: A softer, more feminine and balanced nose with improved symmetry, natural proportions, and excellent improvement in nasal breathing.

Key Principle: Correction of the tip and bridge asymmetry required asymmetric grafting and individualized tip reconstruction to improve symmetry while maintaining a natural appearance.
