Breast Augmentation – Female in Her 20s

Goals
This patient wanted larger, fuller breasts with more upper-pole fullness. During her consultation, we also discussed the slight pre-existing differences in the size and shape of her breasts. Her goal was a fuller look that remained proportionate to her body.

Procedure
After discussing implant size, shape, and profile together, we selected 450 cc round, moderate-plus profile silicone implants. The implants were placed under the muscle through inframammary fold (IMF) incisions.

Outcome
She was very happy with the increased breast volume, upper fullness, and overall shape. She particularly liked how her new proportions changed the way her clothes fit and how she felt in them.

Key Principle
Choosing the right breast implant is not simply about selecting a number of cubic centimeters. It starts with understanding what the patient wants to achieve. Taking the time to assess her anatomy, discuss her desired size and fullness, and select the implant together helps create an outcome that matches her goals and proportions.
