Breast lift revision 124

Breast Lift Revision + Implant Exchange | Female, 40s

Goals:
This patient had previously undergone a breast augmentation with lift but wanted her breasts to be larger overall, with improved shape and proportion. She also wanted the nipple-areolar complexes repositioned and the areolas reduced in size.

Procedure:
She underwent revision breast augmentation and breast lift with exchange to larger implants. The previous lift was revised to improve breast shape and position, and the nipple-areolar complexes were repositioned with reduction of the areolar diameter.

Outcome:
Her breasts are now fuller, better positioned, and more proportionate to her frame. The smaller, repositioned areolas complement the improved breast shape. She is very happy with the new size, shape, and overall balance of her breasts.

Key Principle:
Beautiful breast surgery is about more than breast size alone. The entire body should be considered when planning the operation, with particular attention to the proportions between the shoulders, breasts, waist, and hips. Creating harmony among these relationships is an important part of achieving an attractive, balanced result.
