Goals
This beautiful woman in her 40s had lost breast fullness and cleavage after breastfeeding. She wanted to restore some of that volume, improve her cleavage, and feel a little fuller, but she was not interested in breast implants at this point in her life.
Procedure
We discussed her options, and because she was already undergoing an abdominoplasty and liposuction, fat transfer to the breasts was an excellent fit. Fat obtained during liposuction was carefully prepared and grafted throughout the breasts, with particular attention to improving cleavage, central fullness, and projection.
Outcome
The result is a naturally fuller breast with improved shape, projection, and cleavage while maintaining a soft, proportionate appearance. She was very happy with both the size and shape of her breasts.
Key Principle
Breast fat transfer can be an excellent addition to body-contouring procedures, using a patient’s own fat to enhance breast shape and help optimize overall body proportions.
