Breast Fat Transfer – Female in Her 60s

Goals
This lovely woman in her 60s was undergoing a tummy tuck and liposuction for excess abdominal skin and fullness. At the same time, she wanted to enhance her breasts with a moderate increase in volume and improved upper breast fullness without using implants.

Procedure
