This patient is a 27 year old healthy woman who saw me for a consultation for a rhinoplasty.  She wanted a nose that fit her face better and had a more refined look. She wanted her dorsal bump removed and her tip narrowed and slightly upturned but did not want to look "operated on".

After discussing her options, looking at other before and after pictures of other patients and using digital imaging to assure she has a good understanding of her options, we proceeded with a closed rhinoplasty.

Her procedure went well. I removed her bony and cartilagenous dorsal bump, narrowed and shaped her tip and created a supra-tip break. She also had osteotomies to narrow her nose. Her recovery was without difficulties and she was happy with her new nose. She felt it looked natural and fit her face well.
