Following a prior transaxillary breast augmentation, this patient desired a fuller, more proportionate result with enhanced cleavage and improved breast shape.
A detailed surgical plan was developed to address her lower pole deficiency and implant positioning. This included implant exchange, recreation of the inframammary fold and refinement of the breast foot print to better support the new implant dimensions.
Fat graft to the medial breast was performed to soften transitions and enhance the natural cleavage while maintaining an elegant contour.
The result is a more balanced breast to torso ratio, improved cleavage and softer more refined overall aesthetic.
